As a 30-year old with minimal life achievements so far this is very encouraging.

Edit:Thanks for the awards! This is the most attention one of my comments has ever had, and I am really enjoying reading everyone's experience and advice.

I'm in my early 40s and the only physical differences I notice are that my athletic recovery time is slower, I need more sleep, and I have a few more wrinkles. I feel mentally and emotionally WAY better than I did in my 30s, or, god forbid, my 20s. Reddit is way, way off in how it perceives age and aging, likely because of the toxic tech culture on that front.

You're fine, kiddos.

On the other hand,

Don't live your young life with the mindset that "you'll do it later because you've got time" - stay grateful for your life as you can never know if you'll wake up the next day
