Don’t worry NCAA gonna lose the NBA suit thanks to the sweet sweet legal talents of Leslie and Blake Ballin (yes those are the real names of his lawyers).

However, calling it “helped his family move” is a little too simple. Hardaway gave Wiseman’s family $12K as part of this “help.” What’s a shame is that Wiseman is the one who will be punished for it when he was just a kid. Penny should have known better.

*Edit: for everyone saying Ohio State suspended him - that’s Chase Young, the other guy. I’m referencing James Wiseman, who did get deemed ineligible directly by the NCAA.
