I remember none of us in girl's sex ed would admit that we masturbated when our teacher asked in class, so she did an anonymous poll and still everyone said they didn't. (I dunno if the others were lying, at the time it was the truth for me.)
She got so frustrated and said "if you don't know what you like, how can you expect to teach your partner what you like?"
I remember the abstinence lecture. As a sixth grader, I got confused, because the idea was don’t have sex, but the guy also kept saying that sex was great. But also don’t have it. Didn’t get the “yet” part, just don’t have it, but it’s awesome though. Then we were each given a contract to sign declaring we would be abstinent. It didn’t feel optional, so I put yes. Needless to say, that didn’t hold up.

My highschool sex ed class memory was a formal poll towards if you were still a virgin if you've done anal.
