As much as may people think this is satire, I 100% believe it. I was a nanny in my late teens/early 20's and people's expectations were outrageous.
I got an offer nearly identical to this one, except that the mother expected care for her kids while she was working. More than 40 hours/week, and you were expected to pay rent on top of that. "Perfect for a student" she said. I explained that working 40+ hours/week should cover your rent and then all of your expenses, and that I would fully expect to be compensated on top of rent. She tried complaining about the cost of living and how that made her request a reasonable one. I just hope no one was desperate enough to take her on that dog shit offer.

Would this person allow the nanny to have an outside job? How are they supposed to feed themselves, pay their bills, etc?

That 5 people laughed at the inanity makes me happy.
