I had a really hard winter a few years back and someone gave me like a bag of rice and a box full of canned beans and vegtables. Yeah it wasnt the most interesting meal for the next couple months but that shit kept me alive. Plus if you have some friends with an over abundant spice cabinet they're willing to share you can make some pretty good stuff! I get refusing food you can't eat, but shit. At least take the rice????
