This is likely an indication of a real mental health problem.

If you are in any way related to this woman, or care for her in any way, get her professional help. She will likely resist quite vehemently.

This type of wild conspiracy-spinning may be funny from the outside, but imagine living a life where you truly believe all of these conspiracies. It would be horrible and terrifying.

When people come to try and help those with these types of conditions, they often believe that it is the conspirators come to "silence them" because they "know too much". Which means they are often left untreated.

Aside from the political names added, I've heard this conspiracy theory a few times over the last 20 years or so. Started in the ashes of the satanic panic in the 80s iirc.
