I remember when I was in college and I worked at Sonic a customer came back and returned like 15 burgers saying they were wrong my manager at the time was asking people if they wanted any and almost everyone acted as if they were to good for the burgers, I snatched the bag up got back to my dorm and passed out burgers like they were turkeys on Christmas, Some people are weird about that shit.
Kind of along the same line, I worked in retail for a very long time. At this one store, they would makes us destroy perfectly good t-shirts just because they were out of style, or they came up with something more clever. I asked if I could just take them to shelters or something, and got screamed at by my manager about how the company doesn't want to see their clothes on "those kind of people". Shameless waste.
