My favorite is how Utah got a bunch of press for “Fixing” homelessness but all they did was redefine homelessness to a narrower definition in a way that lowered their homeless rates.
Over all there homelessness rate continued to rise
George Carlin said the problem should be called houselessness, because a home is an abstract concept but a house is much more tangible. Man I miss Carlin.
