That doesn't necessarily mean Bryan littered. Have you ever seen garbage trucks collecting? Not all of the garbage makes it into the truck, some litter gets strewn about. Overfull garbage can? Some litter may find its way out. Now, maybe this was Bryan, maybe he really was an asshole human. But don't blame someone without all the facts, when there are other explanations to consider.
