Lol I was surprised to see Boris Johnson on a bike and thought it might be the one likable thing about him, then I googled “Boris Johnson Bike” and just got a bunch of articles about him lying about getting his bike stolen.
I just looked up a video of this guy on YouTube because I realized I have no idea what he sounds like. In the process not only did I find he sounds exactly like I thought he would, but I'm absolutely baffled by British parliament...
Can someone ELI5 how a parliamentary meeting is regulated? It sounds like two people arguing and there's like a hype squad all howling in the back when points or accusations are made. It sounds like a rap battle with extra steps and without the rap. Seems like for people known for their queuing, there's no order of any kind in a house of commons hearing.
