But I whole-heartedly agree. Sueprhero or comic book movie is a genre. We come for the action, cgi and movie magic, and stay for the characters, their arcs, relationships and how they impact us.

Just wanted to point out that Francis Ford Coppola directed Captain EO at disneyland. Not sure what his problem is with Marvel movies

It's weird that Coppola called Marvel movies despicable and then love Black Panther last year. He probably didn't think it was made by Marvel lol
