Bit concerned how even if she was right, it's like she thought: a leads to b. B is bad. therefore slut shaming is good as if there's nothing better to replace it with, no other plausible options.

Still, STD detection rates might go up, bc there's less stigma around getting tested. though they'll go down again if we can stop them from spreading. So. more like the relative detection rate would go up.

The group with the fastest growing rates of sexual transmitted infections is those over 60.

Grandma isn’t getting chlamydia because people stopped slut shaming. She’s getting chlamydia because of preconceived notions that “nice people” don’t have STI’s and because people over 60 have the lowest rate of condom use in the country.
