Those Mk-9 pepper spray units are meant for dispersing mass crowds and aren’t to be sprayed within 6 foot of someone to avoid hydraulic needle effect. This dude FUCKED up by spraying that close. Even the small canisters aren’t to be used within 3 foot of someone.
