Here's a question: what happens to a Liberal-NDP coalition if the Conservatives push for a public inquiry on SNC which the NDP supported in the past?

From CBC

Earlier this week, Singh laid down six "urgent priorities" his party would want to see met in exchange for supporting another party in a minority Parliament scenario:

A national, single-payer universal pharmacare plan and a national dental-care plan.

Investments in housing.

A plan to waive interest on student loans.

A commitment to reduce emissions, to end subsidies for oil companies and to deliver aid to oilpatch workers to transition them out of fossil fuel industries.

The introduction of a "super wealth" tax and a commitment to closing tax loopholes.

Reducing cellphone bills.

I can see the Libs compromising on most of these. Noticeably absent is Transmountain Pipeline though. So a TMP under a progressive gov is better than a TMP under a conservative gov because he knows the TMP is a certainty so long as NDP never have a majority.
