Basing my assumptions off one photo, but the area has a nice open layout. Clean it up, install new appliances, rip out the floor and replace (could easily fix up this floor too) and maybe put some french doors in the walkway to the entry area, if that's what that is. Or keep it open, but doors wouldn't hurt.
Someone might make a nice chunk of change after the turn around. Place has a lot of potential.
