Ever since I was a kid I’ve always had this attraction to being a bin man. I think it was something about the simplicity. Getting out on a frosty morning and getting it done as the town wakes up.
When I was in grade school, my teacher was giving me a talking to about my performance in class and asked 'Do you want to be a garbage man when you grow up?' (as if it was something bad) I said 'My dad's a garbage man' (He's not.) She looked mortified. I love seeing things like this, it's a respectable job and the people who do it deserve all the credit in the world.
