I actually saw one of the 2 prototypes of this drone in Belgium and saw a demo on how it would work. You call emergency services, they would send a drone and the operator you have on the phone would carry on the conversation on the drone speaker once it arrives, he will also be able to see you with the drone camera and guide you through the whole process. There are a few items in the drone : a defibrillator, some syringes IIRC. This is an idea and not something currently in service.

This is actually one of the best uses I have heard about for drones besides shooting seeds down, or quick delivery.
