They can still go through all the same channels they would have needed to go through anyway to get the U.S. to revoke her immunity and allow for prosecution, and then they can ask that she be extradited back to the UK to face trial for her crines.
Add a photo of the US Ambassador. A waiver was properly requested and should have been granted. In the alternative, she could be prosecuted in the US. The Federal Government is choosing to allow her to flee the consequences of driving on the wrong side of the road and killing someone.
