I met him once a couple of weeks before my niece's fourth birthday. I got him to record a birthday message for her from Winnie the Pooh and Tigger. I played the message for her at her birthday, and her eyes got really wide and she said "I didn't know Pooh was real! And you're friends with him." I got so many bonus aunt points that year.
I'm going to break out the recording for her again when she's 18 or so, to see if she remembers it.

He also took over the voice of Tigger after Paul Winchell passed away in 2005, and now makes quite a nice living talking to himself.
