Will give it a shot: 1. Design 2. Development 3. Test 4. UAT 5. Do it over again because your users didn't know what they really needed the first time.

Sales Team Overpromises - The customer is told they can get to the moon and it will only cost as much as buying a sticker of a spaceship
Development Begins - Panic ensues as developers realize the goals set for them are not realistically possible
Meetings - Development is interrupted by meetings, most of which are useless
Unpaid Overtime - Developers are suckered/forced into donating their time and labor to their for-profit employer
Delivery - The software is considered close enough to complete and functional and is delivered to the customer
