Food packaging is often ambiguous due to FDA regulations. Likely this is referring to the natural ingredients used to make a strawberry flavor without actually using that much if any strawberry. Apple flavoring for instance boosts the flavor and sweetness of other milder fruits.
The flavoring isn't natural, in the sense that it's not strictly strawberry flavoring only and is more likely a mix of fruits (or other substances) to make an approximation of strawberry (AKA "artificial").
Of the ingredients used, none of them are man-made (the other artificial).
It's still asshole design when using the same word to mean two different things but here we are.

It's meant to say, "No! Artificial flavors."
