Semi trucks are required to have an anti-submarine bar on the bottom of the trailer to not kill people.
School buses rear ends sit up at the same height but aren't required one. Or seatbelts, or any other safety or emission equipment of any kind.
Still shouldn't tailgate one.

Ah, Las Vegas.
Everyone is from somewhere else, so all the drivers suck more than normal because you never know how it's going to suck.
It's like bertie botts every flavor beans, but each bean is just a varied flavor of butthole.
