When I heard that the CEO of AT&T wants to get rid of customers who rely on promotional TV prices to keep their prices and calls them “low value”, I realized how completely out of touch they are.
I feel like this is most almost every tech company ever. If you think this is bad, you should hear what insurance companies say about the people they insure.
I tried canceling direct tv for three months. They finally sent me a box to send the equipment back after the three months of calling. Then they proceeded to charge me for another two months of service after i sent them the equipment. That's a total of five months of charges that i was not receiving services for. AT&T is criminal company that should have a class action lawsuit them.
