I tried canceling direct tv for three months. They finally sent me a box to send the equipment back after the three months of calling. Then they proceeded to charge me for another two months of service after i sent them the equipment. That's a total of five months of charges that i was not receiving services for. AT&T is criminal company that should have a class action lawsuit them.
