I dunno what everyone else is on but the picture just mentions small dogs, so isn't OP just referring to another small breed of dog?

That’s precious!! She doesn’t know she’s big (and beautiful) and she’s just getting hugged like the sweet girl she is!!! Adorable :-)

I have a small dog and my niece has a large dog. They're both afraid of each other and refuse to acknowledge the other when in the same room.
