Guns and kids don't mix. Yeah yeah I know plenty of kids are taught gunsafety at a young age under close supervision. I know, I was one of them. But let's not forget that kids are fucking stupid, all of them. They say and do stupid things. On top of this, they are crafty as all hell. If a kid wants something out of reach they'll find a way to get it.

I'm not anti-gun, but Jesus Christ if people can't keep their guns out of children's hands they shouldn't have them at all.

One of three child victim shootings in DFW in recent days. The second where the sibling was the assailant.

There were two in Arlington over the weekend. A child was shot in the head by a riflr that was left unsecured in a car. Another girl "sat on a gun" and was shot in the back. The police are dubious about that one.
