That pretty much sums up the Irish parliament along with the independents who may not actually be independent.

And because they all bicker with each other and have to reach a compromise somehow the end result tends to be a fairly stable policy that works for the betterment of the nation.

I think such a parliament is way better than just 2 parties in a parliament.
