I guess those commercials Verizon have up with those people saying Verizon helped them when they were seriously injured or lost was nothing but lies. So glad I left that company.

I'm not from America so I don't get how the data plans and stuff work out there but is it the case that you could set up a contract and say to the company "I want unlimited data because some days I'll use a little, some days I'll use alot" and they can say okay to that but then the days your use alot of your "unlimited" data they can then throttle it and demand you pay more?

That sounds so insanely anti consumer, like buying a car saying you'll do an average of 10,000 miles a year then having it restricted to 10mph because you decided to drive on holiday.
