For context: this is in response to an absurd smear where conservatives have claimed that Bernie Sanders favors "population control" and some like SE Cupp have gone as far to say "eugenics", as tactics to tackle climate change. What Sanders actually said was that he supports widespread access to abortions and contraceptives to women all over the world. That's it.
It's yellow journalism at best, but I think this should constitute libel/slander. That said, I am not a lawyer.
