I used to think the driver dropped every passenger off at their own house, one by one. There was a bus stop outside my house so my theory always seemed to hold true
A pot washer at work, it was his first day and his first job. He asked me “can I go to the toilet?” And I jokingly said “no”, so he just quietly turned around and carried on washing pots until somebody else told him I was joking.
Glad I didn’t say “no, you have to do it in the bin”

I walked past a bus stop once and a woman in her 20s asked me what she had to do to call a bus. I had to explain the concept of a bus stop.
