What I like is that a lot of these still give you the option to be a dick, but don’t let you get away with it. Undertale, in particular, remembers just about every mean, cruel, violent thing you’ve done even once you restart. There’s one ending that will even back itself up to Steam cloud in case you try to delete it from your files.
Breath of the Wild has one sidequest where you're bringing ingredients to a Sheikah kid who's trying to cook stuff. Another sidequest has you literally build an entire town from the ground up. And another one has you carrying a block of ice across the desert so that a Gerudo bartender can prepare a drink for another Gerudo woman who's stranded out in the desert and can barely move. I think there's even one or two sidequests where you have to bring medicine to someone who's feeling sick.
