Also "in America we have 100+° weather for months on end" you know America is big right??? I've lived in the Northeast my whole life and while it does get hot in the summer we get one 100° day maybe every two years.

Conversely, whenever northerners mock a southern city for shutting down after a couple inches of snow because they only have like two salting trucks
