Prince Andrew has defended his former friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, saying "at no stage" did he "see or suspect" any criminal behaviour.

Andrew is asserting that from 1999 - when he met Epstein - until 2008 when Epstein was convicted, he never suspected what kind of a man Epstein really was.

Kentucky clerk who refused same-sex marriage licenses can be sued

Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati said Kim Davis can be sued in her individual capacity, though sovereign immunity shielded her from being sued in her former role as Rowan County Clerk.
