Luton were the first professional club to pay the real Living Wage and have been doing so since 2014, when we were in League Two. No excuses for Premier League clubs.

Everton, Liverpool, Chelsea and West Ham are the 4 clubs in the article. Although from the comments it seems Spurs do too, but haven't officially signed up to the Living Wage Employers, and Palace have signalled their intentions to start doing it
