One large egg for each 100 g (3/4 cup) of flour, plus a pinch of salt.

Edit 1: as many pointed out, 100 g of flour is more towards 3/4 cup instead of 1/2 as I stated before.

Egg pasta is somewhat easy to make, but it’s not easy getting it to look like this. I’ve made it 20+ times but it’s never looked this good.
