What I don't like about this, is that it just reinforces the problem that there isn't really a great alternative to flying. Obviously sailing the Atlantic for 13 days is a nice stunt, but not a… viable alternative. I thought the same when she took the train to Switzerland from Sweden and it took like 65 hours or something. Well, yeah, that's kinda why people fly.
It doesn't even comply with the "traveling less" mantra, if she was true to that she'd have given the speech via video call.
