Fun fact. During one of the CP interview they said that changes to leveling in CP (street cred from side activities and leveling up from main activities) were made due to W3.
They never expected so many people to do all side quests so almost everyone was over-leveled for the main storyline.
Imagine that - reinventing progression because they made side quests too good.
