I know a guy who works for a very large nationwide roofing company. They pay trash haulers to take waste wherever. They don’t care so long as the guy they pay takes the trash away from the site.
When they are replacing roof shingles they use a very unique, bright yellow felt with their name printed on it.
One of their trash hauling companies was dumping the waste all over the county. Investigators quickly and easily identified the felt and fined the company.
