How would you transfer the system data that isn’t on the SD? This seems like a good deal to reset wear and tear on all parts like another person said!

So basically, that means I can almost double my Switch's battery life, plus reset the wear and tear on my console and Joycons, for $75 plus sales tax, and the time it takes to transfer save data from my old Switch to the new one, and re-download the games on my SD card. As a mostly handheld Switch user, that sounds like a great deal to me!
