I've seen this before, and this brides cousin made a comment that this was her entire life essentially. She felt entitled to everything. That anyone and everyone should provide her anything she wanted. Her fiance told her she was being unreasonable, and she ended things with him as well.
The gist of it was that no one could tell her no to anything without it becoming this dramatic catastrophe. She didnt have any money to go anywhere for two months either so that last bit of leaving for two months was just blustering on her part as she didnt work and lived off either her fiance or parents.
