He actually did not get murdered for selling loosies, he broke up a fight, the cops let the people fighting walk away, and then they fucked with Eric, because they had a past history with him. 30 times he was fucked with by the officer that murdered him, and zero convictions. One of which was for the loose cigarettes.
People always wonder why "good cops" don't come forward. That's because the ones that do come forward are painted to be bad cops and forced out. I'm a former Deputy Sheriff that reported my unit for running around, beating minorities bloody. Didn't work out so well for me... I got run out of the sheriff's office and resigned. So I started web sites where good cops could absolutely anonymously spill the beans on the bad cops... and again it didn't work out for me. They investigated me for eight long years and finally raided my house, took all my computers based on a warrant they falsified... But I already had audio recordings of them saying they were going to have me killed in jail... the FBI did absolutely nothing (well, they the Sheriff), so I took off. Now I'm in Russia under Political Asylum. No joke...
