They literally called the ceremony a 'Cloutramony', the one marrying them was quoting Princess Bride, they hired a fake Oprah to attend, the stream broke so that the audio got lost throughout a good fraction of the ceremony, they didn't sign a marriage license or even spend their honeymoon together, crowd started randomly chanting "Daddy's Rich" in the 'ceremony' so if you're gonna fake it, go the whole hog.
As for reimbursing the fans? Since the audio problem was an issue with the equipment, Halogen have to reimburse fans. The small company these trash bags collaborated with had to deal with repercussions, not them.
