This is anti centrist from a leftist perspective though, it still acknowledges that republicans actively do the bad shit, and that Democrats are the slightly less evil enablers. The guy pointing to the two parties is also wearing a t shirt that says “Anti-Spine Gang”. The meme also is a remade version of one that falsely equated nazism and communism but spun around to attack the status quo. If you think this meme is centrist, you may in fact be a centrist.
