The former wrestler’s comments came hours after the president shared a series of tweets on Saturday attacking Cummings, who also chairs the House Oversight Committee, and his district.

“Rep, Elijah Cummings has been a brutal bully, shouting and screaming at the great men & women of Border Patrol about conditions at the Southern Border, when actually his Baltimore district is FAR WORSE and more dangerous,” he said in the first of a series of tweets.

“His district is considered the Worst in the USA as proven last week during a Congressional tour, the Border is clean, efficient & well run, just very crowded,” the president continued in another tweet.

“Cumming District is a disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess. If he spent more time in Baltimore, maybe he could help clean up this very dangerous & filthy place,” he added.

When you hear the inevitable right wing demand that Bautista and other celebrities keep their politics to themselves, remind them they voted a fucking reality tv star with no experience into the White House.
