About 20 years ago we took a family road trip to Mt Rushmore from CA.
Being an avid scrapbooker, my mom took at least 2 dozen photos to make sure she got a couple good shots. Armed with my disposable, I also wanted to take some pictures. My mom said not to waste my pictures because she was already taking some with a "good" camera. I said "yeah, but these are for me!" She was like okay whatever, it's your camera. Queue eye roll.
Fast forward about a month later to getting the photos developed.....she realized that she had cut off the heads in Every. Single. Shot. Right at the eyes. Since everyone else but me listened to my mom, I was the only one that had usable photos for her scrap book.
All these years later, it still comes up nearly every holiday during photos: "Make sure you get our heads!" "Don't Rushmore this one; it's Christmas!" Etc.
She will never live it down lol. Yours shouldn't either.

And she didn't realize this until two weeks after you got home when she got the pictures back from CVS.
