W1 Nearsight on enemies removed. W2 stun on enemies removed. E stores less Grey Health but heals for a higher percent; cooldown reduced but starts on shield expiration.
We're taking a sweeping pass at some of the things that make Tahm Kench unnecessarily frustrating to play against, notably the constant CC that plagues opponents in lane and his Q's large melee hitbox.
And he can now Devour Blue and Red Buffs, because that seems like it could be fun.

Hey, they made Neeko's passive somewhat less useless. It's still gimmicky but at least it's not a complete joke anymore.
