If I told anyone (customer, co-worker, vendor, a hobo off the street begging, etc) to "Go back to where you came from" while I was at work in the same context that Trump said it I would be fired immediately. No write-up. No warnings. I would be fired and if I tried to sue for unemployment benefits or wrongful termination I would be laughed out of the building. I can't believe anyone is trying to defend his words.
