The first time I tried UberEats, I got half of my meal and no drink. I asked him where my other items were and he said they didn’t give him anything else. I only got like $5 refund because that was the total of my missing items. Does anyone know if UberEats are allowed passengers?
I ordered sushi from these guys once, the restaurant was down the street from my work but I was dealing with clients and couldn't leave. The driver was late so I checked the order to see when he would arrive, and he had reported that it was delivered! After an hour of dealing with customer service, the driver admitted he hadn't delivered it because he didn't know the address I was at (which is dumb because it's literally the only building of its size in my neighbourhood). Instead of phoning or anything he just drove off. I had my order refunded, and then TWO HOURS after I had ordered he showed up with my food and tried to make me take it so he wouldn't get in trouble. It was the middle of summer, and he was trying to tell me that raw fish in a hot car for two hours would be totally fine to eat. He ended up standing outside my workplace yelling at me for a good twenty minutes, even after I went inside. It freaked me out for awhile that he knew my name and workplace.

Kinda wonder what DoorDash did about this. We’ve had issues with their customer service and won’t use them anymore.
