How does copy right or trademark laws stop the guy from doing this? Is he making money off it?
EDIT: After further research I understand copyright law better, and like everything it’s a mess of good ideas and bullshit.
Also It was the town that denied it anyway after asking Disney and they explained their policy where they don’t want their intellectual property associated with death, and they offered a personalized Spider-Man thing, so not the super bad guys they’re made out to be
Still though If Disney didn’t want to be associated with death, then he shouldn’t have died, lol
