Trump, ICE and the CBP are proud of how deplorable the conditions are and are happy details of it are getting out. Especially if other refugees hear about it.
They'll stay happy, as long is it doesn't get shut down or they get negative press from people (aptly) calling them concentration camps.

Don't forget, border patrol has said they don't lack anything, they just chose not to give kids these basic needs. They've even turned down charity for these kids
