Wholesome related story here. I'm a deliveroo rider in the UK, this means I deliver food by bicycle from multiple restaurants. Had someone order a bacon cheeseburger and a beer to a mosque as a presumably stupid joke. When I arrive and it was clear it was a mosque I slightly sheepishly talked to the people inside and someone who clearly had more authority came out to talk with me (maybe an imam? I'm not sure how Islam works). He said that they obviously wouldn't take it but that he didn't want to see the food go to waste by throwing it away and that I should give it to a homeless person instead. Genuinely lovely guy.
EDIT: Woo gold, thank you kind stranger. I want to thank my friends, my family and some weirdo who sends bacon to mosques.
SECOND EDIT: Been responding to a lot of comments because bored, a common thread is that this isn't really wholesome and that the Imam was doing the minimum level of things he could do. Let me explain why that is wrong, this occurred in a small to medium sized English city in the South West, most English people aren't racist at all but just due to the location they're going to get a fair bit of hassle. I imagine he has to deal with this stuff all the time and turning it into a positive experience is not something most people would have done. Furthermore in his situation I would have expected more people to just give an exasperated gasp and throw the stuff in a bin. Also he was a generally nice person clearly outside of this. Now this comment doesn't really deserve quite as many up votes as it's gotten but it is still wholesome.

I actually say Happy Holidays because not everyone celebrates Christmas so it would be awkward to tell them Merry Christmas
Edit: also because people may celebrate more than one holiday. I don’t know which ones, but I’m just saying to enjoy whichever ones you do celebrate
